Description:

In this webinar Dr. Jamie Gruman will present an overview of organizational resilience and discussfactors that need to be in place at all levels - the individual level, the group level, and the organizational level - to build a resilient workforce and an organization that is prepared to bend and not break in the face of adversity. Based on the latest thinking in positive organizational scholarship, Dr. Gruman will present his four-factor model for building organizational resilience in addition to specific criteria that can

be used to diagnose the resilience of an organization's HR architecture, and scientifically-grounded interventions that can be implemented to build resilience in organizations. This webinar will be of interest to employees who want to know more about how to build their own resilience and managers who want to learn more about how to build organizational resilience.
