The Canadian Positive Psychology Association is thrilled to offer the 3rd Educating for Resilience Conference. This conference brings together internationally renowned researchers, thought leaders and practitioners in resilience to share their research, practices and experience applying positive psychology in the classroom! While traditional mental health programs focus on coping with mental illness, Educating for Resilience provides two great days of scientific and practical workshops to offer you the strategies and techniques to increase positive mental health and fitness - a rapidly growing focus in the teaching community.

This year, we are partnering with CSI Annex for the pre-conference and Branksome Hall for the main conference and have a complete new line-up of talented and highly inspirational speakers. We have taken into account all that we have learned from our previous conferences and are using that to ensure that this year's conference is bigger and even more successful!

Our line up of inspirational speakers include:

Nov. 9th Pre-Conference: CSI Annex

  • Michael Unger – Keynote Speaker: Working with Children, Youth and Families with Complex Needs and Hidden Strengths: The Skills to Build Resilience
