With Tracey Poulin Dun and Louisa Jewell, MAPP

Everyone is talking about workplace well-being and yet everyone has a different definition of what that means. Is it health and safety? Is it yoga at work? Is it positive leadership? Is it fruit, fitness and flu shots? So many words are being used to describe improving well-being at work that it is becoming increasingly difficult to understand, to know what to focus on and, more importantly, to know what to invest in.

In this online learning event, Tracey Poulin Dun, Board of Director for the Ontario Workplace Health Coalition and Louisa Jewell, President of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association will conduct a panel discussion about the various programs and strategies that contribute to workplace well-being and the best practices for success. Join us for a rich discussion on the difference between varying programs you might employ in your organization and the return on investment in well-being. Bring your questions as we want to make this interactive and informative!

The discussion will be moderated by Andrew Soren, President and founder of Eudaimonic by Design.

More about our Moderator:

Andrew Soren, MAPP

For the past 20 years, I have worked with some of the most recognized brands, non-profits and public sector teams to co-create values-based cultures, develop positive leadership, and design systems that empower people to be their best. I am the founder of Eudaimonic by Design, an international advisory firm informed by positive psychology and devoted to the design of human-centered systems and organizations. I founded Eudaimonic by Design to harness the collective strengths of those working at the intersection of organizational effectiveness and positive organizational practice. I am also an ICF certified coach (through CTI) and currently split my time between Toronto, New York and Montevideo, Uruguay. My dream is to build a community who share similar passions around positive psychology, systems and design-thinking practices. I want to team up with others who are called to help individuals and organizations create massive change and do good in the world. Collectively, we can accomplish so much more than any one of us alone, so if you would like to be part of a conversation, have gifts to offer or believe that I can be of service to help you further your aspirations, please reach out.
