With the increase of workplace well-being needs, there are a number of organizations who have taken the necessary steps to elicit positive change in their organizations by implementing employee well-being initiatives. As a result, there have been notable improvements in productivity, profitability, innovation and more importantly – the overall health of the staff.
The Canadian Positive Psychology Association (CPPA) wants to recognize those organizations for going the extra mile for nurturing the mental health and well-being of their employees, so this year marks the inaugural Canadian Workplace Well-Being Awards.
The awards will demonstrate and celebrate positive psychology in action in the workplace.
