Webinar Overview:  In this open-forum question period with four positive psychology experts who will answer all your questions about the latest research and applications in resilience-building and protecting your well-being during this crisis. This was a chance to speak one-on-one with some of the leading experts in this field.  

Meet the Panelists

Caroline Adams Miller, is a Positive Psychology expert on the connection between the science of success and the science of flourishing, and has written several bestsellers, including “My Name is Caroline,” “Creating Your Best Life” and “Getting Grit.” She is one of the first 34 people in the world to attain the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Harvard University.

Margarita Tarragona, is a psychologist, specialized in personal and relationship therapy. She has a PhD inPsychology, is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association for Positive Psychology (IPPA) and Co-founder of Grupo Campos Elíseos, a training center in psychotherapy and positive psychology in Mexico City, as well as guest professor at various institutes and universities around the world.

Louisa Jewell, MAPP, is the founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, a well-being expert and author who has taught over 100,000 people about the science of well-being and building resilience. She is author of Wire Your Brain for Confidence, the Science of Conquering Self-doubt, holds a masters degree in applied positive psychology, and regularly appears on CBC Radio as a well-being expert.

Dr Elaine O’Brien, MAPP, is a thought leader, researcher and international presenter in Fitness Science, PEP: Positive Exercise Practices, the Body, and the Positive Psychology of Human Movement. Elaine leads people toward flourishing health, to higher performance (to look, feel and do “good,” and to find joy, motivation and meaning in motion.
