Tactics in Positive Psychology can help to interrupt the stress response, and focus energies toward wellbeing.

This workshop will help to: 

  • Create time and space for contemplation about stress and boosting energy
  • Learn tactics in how to navigate and interrupt the stress response to make space for energy
  • Share experiences/brainstorm ideas
  • Re-charge and develop an energy booster plan
