A third-time winner of this award, Sklar Wilton & Associates was established 37 years ago to help others succeed. Beyond helping their clients, solve tough business problems, they also inspire and help them improve their team’s mental health and personal well-being.

Learn More About Sklar Wilton & Associates: In 2013 their Engagement Team launched Spirit 32 as an innovative well-being program focused on whole person development. Structured around “mind, body and spirit” is designed to equip employees with a life skills toolkit to help with work-life balance, physical and mental health, and overall well-being. Each year new content is developed to meet employee needs. Their programs are employee-run and informed. They extended this mental health and well-being work to develop the Headway Program which is offered to external business leaders.
