About Lisa Sears:

Lisa Sears helps people show up in the world at their best. She is a capacity coach, accountability partner and resiliency teacher. With over 20 years of experience as a leader in the financial services industry, as well as her Masters in Management and Certification in Applied Positive Psychology, she coaches entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and individuals in the fundamental skills necessary for positive productive engagement.

Throughout her career, Lisa has followed her passion for coaching others. Since starting Brass Rings in 2017, she has been hard at work partnering with clients to help them gain clarity and step into the activity that drives growth. Lisa’s approach combines exploration and strategic planning with ongoing accountability sessions. She challenges individuals and teams to broaden and build their experience while they expand their own capacity and influence.

In 2018 Lisa moved to Black Mountain, NC with her husband, Scott. Lisa enjoys exploring new opportunities (and the mountains!) in the Asheville area, but intentionally continues to work with clients in Upstate NY. She appreciates that her travels bring her back to the area she originally called home; allowing her to stay connected with her two children, Jake and Bryce, as well as her family.

Do you want to grow your positive psychology business but not sure how?

There’s a common conversation, especially amongst educators and coaches: So many of us are accredited, but can’t transition our passion and education into a business model.

Join us for a discussion with Lisa Sears, MSM, CAPP. She’ll be sharing her own business journey and some essentials she implemented to help her turn her experience and wisdom into an impactful business.

We’ll be discussing:

  • The ups and downs of her first 3 years as an entrepreneur
  • Business essentials other people aren’t talking about or doing
  • Investments that matter (and those that don’t)
  • Example programs she’s designed and implemented
