Top 10 Tips to Thrive
Thriving in university isn’t about pushing through exhaustion. It’s about tapping your strengths. In this energizing session, you’ll learn how sleep, exercise, focus, and smart study habits can recharge your mind and build resilience. Walk away with practical, evidence-based strategies to feel better, think more clearly, and get more done without burning out.

Unshakeable: Building Confidence and Crushing Self-Doubt
Imposter syndrome can undermine confidence and limit opportunities for growth, even among high-achieving students. This workshop provides practical strategies to enhance self-efficacy, foster a growth mindset, and tackle challenges with resilience and self-compassion. Together, we will explore how reframing effort and accepting feedback can improve academic performance, support professional growth, and contribute to long-term well-being and fulfillment.

Friends 101: Building Meaningful Connections
Starting fresh in a new program, city, or stage of life can feel both exciting and isolating. Building friendships, finding community, and creating supportive networks are skills you’ve used before—but starting over can bring unique challenges.

This interactive workshop will help you:

  • Discover practical strategies for connecting with new people in genuine and authentic ways.
  • Strengthen your confidence in social and networking situations.
  • Build meaningful connections that support both your academic and personal well-being.

Whether you’re hoping to make new friends, expand your academic network, or feel more rooted in your campus community, this session offers tools and encouragement to get started.

Thriving in Actions: The What, Why, and How
This workshop combines flourishing skills with practical learning strategies to help you manage your time, build effective habits, study efficiently, and recover from setbacks. Grounded in the Five-Factor Model of Resilience—mindfulness, gratitude, optimism, self-compassion, and grit—Thriving in Action strengthens academic tenacity and transforms how you approach learning. Join us to foster sustainable success, reconnect with joy in being a student, and build the confidence to thrive both academically and personally.
