More About TransLink: Their corporate wellness programs focus on whole health approaches to well-being but COVID-19 was a further catalyst to expand the program. They identified a need for a mental health strategy and support especially related to critical incident response. Their Psychological Health and Safety Program and workplace well-being was further strengthened when TransLink adopted an enterprise-wide Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy in 2021 and Psychology Health and Safety in 2022.
